If you have already added a staff member to your club and you want to put them on additional teams or you want to assign them to a new team within in the club follow the instructions below:
1. Your first step is to make sure you have the correct email address for the staff member. You will need this to put the staff member on additional teams and have them stay connected with their card. Find the staff member in your ‘View All Staff’ list. Click on their photo/name area and that will open their staff profile.
2. Once you open the staff profile you will be able to copy the email address to move then to the next team with.
3. Now that you have obtained the staff email address you can add them to the next team from either the Organization level or the Team level. The process is the same whichever place you have permission to add them from. Start by navigating your way to STAFF tab then select ‘Add New Staff.’ First step is to enter the staff member’s email address (the one you just found in the staff profile) into the email field and that will prompt a staff match (do not add any extra spaces after the email address, this will create a duplicate staff entry.) If you select ‘choose’ the form will auto fill. Any mandatory fields (marked with an * in the left corner) that do not auto fill you will need to fill in yourself. You will select the staff position, and assign the appropriate permissions and then select ‘add staff’. The background check field is optional, it can be left blank. If the button at the bottom is not allowing you to select it to add the staff, review every field on the form to be certain you have not left one blank.
4. If you were doing this so that you could move a staff member to a new team, you can now go back and delete any other team they were on that you no longer need them on by following these instructions to remove staff.
